Summary: The hotel may have been recently renovated, and when we arrived, the room was cold, and then the sheets, towels, and rug were slightly damp. Recently, it had been very humid, so the air conditioner was probably trying to catch up with the humidity. Plus, we didn't know that it was a continental breakfast, so there weren't too many protein options. They had cold hard boiled eggs. Other than that we liked the location, and the staff was very nice though.

Summary: Description stated coffee pot in room. Nope. They said they took them out about a year and a half ago. Breakfast? Not a hot meal. Bagels, cereal, muffins and oatmeal. If you wanted a breakfast sandwich, you could buy one in their store and heat it in your room. I won’t stay at a Spark again.

Summary: Pillows were horrible!! Both our necks hurt after sleeping here. I ask for two more but that didn't really help. Two wash cloths!! TWO!! They only clean the room every other day so what in the world are people supposed to do with two wash cloths?

Summary: This hotel gets top marks in every area. But strangely the hot water takes a long time. Whether using the shower or the sink, it takes a very long amount of time to get hot water to flow. And the sink, almost when you're too tired to remember what it is you were trying to do in the first place. I'm trying to be a little bit comical, here. But the point is, the sink forgets that it ever had hot water and the next time you turn it on, it's cold again for another four minutes. Nevertheless, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. You get used to the water taking a while. And there's no problem at all. It's very clean and serviceable and fresh and we especially liked our stay there.

Summary: Check-in was quick and easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was quiet, nice, clean and cool, although the room was a bit humid even though the air conditioner was on. The area seemed safe and there were lots of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay there again.
