Positive: The prime location of Kawane Villa truly sets it apart. Situated right in the heart of JB town, we found it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. Being centrally located made our travel plans seamless and enjoyable. Reasonable Pricing One of the standout features of our stay was the affordability of this villa. Despite its central location, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable. It's a rare find to get such value for money without compromising on quality. Pool with slide Rare find to get a villa with nice pool and water slide, my children spend most of their time inside the big pool. The accommodation provides in-room entertainment options, such as a television, streaming services, or gaming consoles, ,pool table to keep family members entertained during bored time

Positive: Relax in the inviting living space furnished with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The area is designed to be a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Johor Bahru and the surrounding attractions area. The plus point is the rare find swimming pool with slide, all adult and children have fun with the pool and Karaoke system. we will definitely be back again here for our next family gathering

Positive: We choose this villa as our relative annual gathering, we have 7 children and 14 adult, this villa is big enough to accommodate us during our stay. children enjoying the gran swimming pool with water slide and games machine give a lot of entertaining to the kids. adult are having quality time chatting and singing, we get various local food just nearby surrounding neighbourhood area. we love the helpful host provide us necessary information during the stay.

Positive: Spacious house with many rooms & beds and ensuite toilets. Each room is equipped with air cond too. We enjoyed the karaoke set & pool table. The swimming pool is large, but it is actually shared ( in the owner’s house compound, hence less privacy ). Parking space is big. Suitable for huge group.

Negative: Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, microwave etc but no cooking oil, salt, sugar provided. We need to buy the basic necessities from Grab.
