Summary: We stayed here for one weekend and found the place to be incredibly serene and convenient. Upon arrival we were greeted by a splendidly gracious host Alexander, he outlined the procedures and made us feel right at home. It was a short stay but every part of our experience was pleasant and positively memorable!

Summary: The place is straight out of a Hallmark movie! The host was so kind and checked on us daily. The room was adorable with a balcony overlooking the street. There’s a Tea Room a few steps across the street with wonderful coffee and pastries. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here.

Summary: You must stay here when visiting Engelberg. The hotel is great and the staff is even better! I’ve never felt so welcomed at a hotel in my entire life. They take the time to show you around the property prior to checking in and they truly make you feel like you’re a member of their family. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. They have a great common kitchen as well for those who want to stay in and cook. We could not have had a better stay! Thank you Mladan, Frank and team for your hospitality!!!

Summary: I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. My room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area.
