Positive: The location is perfect, but the cleanliness of the facility is poor, it rained on our first day causing puddle of water in front of the door and even got inside that we have to put towels. the furnitures are outdated. The set up of villa is perfect and the location. Stayed in 226.

Negative: The facility needs good maintenance.

Summary: Great location walk to the beach, our children had a good time.

Positive: My husband and I have been going out to Penticton for 6-7 years. This year we made it a family vacation with the kids and grandkids. You can’t beat this hotels location to activities and the beach.

Negative: We weren’t able to check into our room until after 5 pm, which wasn’t great with small kids. The foot wash right outside our room was backed up the whole time we were there so we had to walk around a swamp of dirty water.. it was pretty gross. The double room we booked for the family wasn’t connected. The hotel said the booking didn’t note that we wanted the rooms together? So we had to go back and forth between the two rooms, not ideal but we made it work.

Positive: Central to everything, loved the new Renovations, it was clean. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Maintenace came very efficient
