Negative: cleanliness: lots of hairs inside my room, both on the floor and the mattress (you can see very long hairs through the bedsheet), and all along the staircase; pretty dusty as well, I did a quick clean up by myself once I checked in.

Positive: The peaceful atmosphere. Able to access breakfast by making my own food and host supplied eggs and bread, cereal and milk and some biscuits and fresh coffee. My wifi not working when arrived and they were there next day and had it fixed. Like the ongoing music playing.

Negative: The mattress on the floor. Everything you did you had to get down on the floor. Pack the suitcase, down on the floor, play a card game down on the floor. I stayed 3-4 nights and when packing up and arranging the luggage’s I was up and down several times. And the tiny ants find their way all over the bed when it’s on the floor.

Summary: Overall I really liked the facility and friendly helpful staff. Very zen atmosphere.

Negative: A bit far from the cruise port. I thought it’s within walking distance.

Positive: They know what they are doing. Well-oiled. Desk lady barely connected but was responsive with a laugh when I turned her attention to how hard it was to hear her. GREAT view. I came for university work and the location was perfect.

Negative: bit too polished. Super happy to have a kitchen but a bit nervous doing things without clear instructions and couldn't find a cutting board. So ... I needed clarity on how to interact well.

Summary: World class view. Unexpected location. On either side were metalwork workshops. Gritty and cool!
