Summary: The house was spacious with lots of areas for our large family (9 kids aged 9 - 14) to spread out and enjoy different activities in different areas. Adults and kids were all able to enjoy each other's company without being in each other's way. We loved the rural setting, too, so we were never worried about the kids being too loud for the neighbors. We had a mild setback when we first arrived, as the house was not ready on time (due to prior guests). While this was frustrating, the host was very responsive and offered a small credit for the inconvenience. He was helpful throughout the entire stay whenever we had questions about finding extra linens, etc. This was a meet up of four families to enjoy Christmas together and we would absolutely consider coming to the same house again in the future.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, with entertainment for the entire family. The property wasn't far from stores, but all grocery stores were closed on Christmas Day. We had to go out to purchase toilet paper towels and garbage bags. :( The kitchen is missing a blender and mixer. Essential items were delivered just before we departed.

Summary: We had 11 of us for a five-day visit. There are some nice elements of this property - the main level kitchen is very nice and large, and the basement is pretty nice too. The bedrooms are decent and can sleep a lot of people. Some bulbs burned out, the couches were very used, and the house has no softener, filters or anything to help with the well water that has turned several sinks, toilets, showers and washing machine a brownish, orangish color. The main level bathroom sink is unattached to the cabinet and moves. The exterior feels abandoned. The property has a ton of overgrowth, and the sports complex was a mess and looks like it hasn't been touched in years (bushes/plants growing in the gutters). Also, it's an oven in there and made it virtually unusable. The rest of the back yard is also very unkept, the deck looks like it has never been looked at, there was no usable water hose outside and none of the exterior outlets worked at all. We had a decent time so I would give it 2.5 stars but definitely needs some TLC.

Summary: Arrived for 4 night stay with 20people, not suitable for that many. Only 2 bathrooms can be used for comon use, basement bathroom door does not lock. Both bathrooms with bunk beds the turfles cannot be used and still walk, very crowded. The water from faucets smelled very strong of oxidation even for showers, toilet tanks are thick with brown dirt and water spouts. The movie room and the smaller basement room's carpet was soaking wet and the whole basement smelled wet. Was only told issue was due to rain and nothing was done. Basement also would not get warm as the top and never receiced response as to how to warm it up. Found only small pans, no pots to cook for the amount of people the house is promoted for. Some were sent, 2 days later, not much help. Master bedroom shower has no door, no one else can use the space while showering if you want privacy. The studio is promoted as a queen, only one person fits, its quite hard to sleep on. Responses from manager in charge were delayed and several things were never fixed. Conforters availabe not enough for how cold the basement feels if you want to keep main floor cool. I would not recoment this house.

Summary: We came for a wedding and it was such an added bonus to stay here. Gathering areas for all. House and grounds were clean and comfortable. The only downside is we didn’t have more time there.

Summary: If you're looking for a place to rest and enjoy with your family this is perfect, but if you will work remotely while you're on vacation then you might have a hard time due to the internet connection. Great place for family reunions and a lot of space for kids to play. Overall the place is good and the owner is nice! :)

Summary: The property was relaxing and the barn play area was great with the children. The only issue we had was the property was half finished in the basement, the internet was horrible, and simple amenities were not provided or were provided very scantly. Overall it was a relaxing place but I don't think it was worth the price.
