Our house is located at the top of a hill and it is very private. It is distributed on two floors (with two independent apartments joined by the lounge area). The lounge area is perfect for family meals and is very relaxing. The pool is large and the neighborhood is very quiet. Beaches and resorts are only a 10-15 minute drive away for those seeking the beach, entertainment and restaurants.
The villa is on 2 floors. The upper floor consists of an entrance hall, toilet, large living/dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms (one with one single bed and the other with a double bed), a bathroom with bath, washbasin, shower and toilet and a large balcony with great views towards the mountains and sea.
Smart TV and WiFi/internet.
Stairs to lower floor: master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom.
Entrance to a large covered terrace with BBQ, lounge-corner and a big dining table (2.60 meters -8 seats). This terrace gives access via stairs to the large swimming pool.
From the terrace a door leads to an apartment with a living room and kitchen-corner, two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with one single bed) and a bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet.
Smart TV and WiFi/internet.
All bedrooms in the house have ceiling fans.
The house is surrounded by garden on the four sides.
The access to the pool is fenced from both laterals so children cannot have access to it without an adult opening the gate. The covered terrace area also has a gate for extra protection so little children cannot get to the pool.

Summary: Spacious property ideal for our party which included 2 families. Beautifully decorated with large swimming pool. Short drive to local amenities (large supermarket) including around 15 mins to nearest beach. Lovely views from balconies.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house has a lot of charm, is in a quiet location and you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. Mayte and Fran are super nice and very helpful. The house was decorated with a lot of love and exudes a very homely atmosphere. Everything is very clean and the beds are great. The whole outdoor area is also great. The large pool in particular is ideal in summer. There are plenty of places to lie down and enough shade. We loved being guests here and would love to come back another time.

Summary: Property is ideal for a big group, lots of space and different entertaining areas. Children loved the pool and ping pong table and kitchen well kitted out. Francis and Mayte were great at communicating and very hospitable.

Summary: We stayed for a week in this lovely villa. This is a beautiful part of Spain, and the villa is well located to get to the coast for the day (10 minutes), whilst being far enough away for quiet days and evenings. The villa is at the top of a hill and has magnificent mountain views and, in the evening, the pretty solar lanterns hanging from the upstairs balcony created a romantic ambiance which combined with the faint twinkling lights in the far distant valley, was really pretty. The villa is very large (almost like two) with a huge outside dining area downstairs near the pool , complete with hammock which would be great for large groups. But as a small family we were happy upstairs as it was really comfortable and spacious with a good- sized living room, bathroom and very comfortable beds. The pool at the villa is very large compared to some others we have stayed at, and it was nice to have a proper swim without having to turn around every few strokes. The children loved the big hammock and wooden playhouse too. The villa was tastefully decorated and had some lovely flowers and plants. The owners are also very helpful and quick to respond to queries. You could easily spend your entire holiday without leaving the villa, or like us, explore the beautiful area. We visited the family beach at Sant Pol a few times (very reasonable priced food) and also took a day trip to Tossa and to the mediaeval village at Pals, which was a lovely day out. The coastal road to Tossa has some lovely small bays . The restaurant at the bottom of the hill has good food with good prices and very friendly staff. There are a few mosquitoes around in the evening (but not that many as it is high up), but you can buy mosquito repellent from the local supermarket. All in all, a lovely homely villa that we will definitely return to !

Summary: The sea/hill view from the villa is stunning: pictures on the website are surpassed by reality! The furniture and home decoration contribute well to a pleasant atmosphere on a summer evening. Very convenient for 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, two of them with own entrance in lower floor of villa. The owners are very nice, explain well, and responsive to questions by whatsapp. Our best holiday residence ever.

Summary: My friends and I spent 10 days in this beautiful house, and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! The house is very spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is divided between an upstairs- and a downstairs living area. This allows guests a lot of breathing room, which quickly proved welcome for a group of 9 boisterous guys. The swimming pool and downstairs porch quickly became more communal areas, while the upstairs balcony and living room allowed for the opportunity of finding some peace and quiet. The house is very true to the image presented in the ad, although the downstairs porch is in fact a lot larger and more beautiful than how it appears in the photos. It’s basically twice the size you think it is. The same goes for the amount of space around the house. Although located in a neighbourhood, you rarely notice the presence of other people. Kitchen facilities are pretty good; sufficient amounts of pots, pans, plates, cutlery, oven dishes, etc. Enough fridge/freezer space to cater to larger groups. The oven can be somewhat tricky to get under control, and proper cooking knives are lacking. Neither proved much of a problem to us, as we quickly figured out how to work the oven, and we had brought our own chef’s knives. The bedrooms are generally very pleasant, although some have better ventilation than others. Aside from that it’s incredibly hard to think of something to complain about. Mayte and Francis are incredibly lovely hosts who have consistently been available for questions and requests. From the start of our booking process until well after our stay at their lovely house, communication has been clear and quick without exception. We sincerely hope to be back some day!

Summary: Lovely house brilliantly situated with wonderful views. It can be inconvenient though as it's virtually two house on separate floors so we spent a lot of time moving from floor to floor. Some of the equipment including the cooker, toaster & coffee machine need updating. We also feel that separate pool towels would be an advantage. The downstairs bedroom with the ensuite has a drains problem which smells. My husband thinks it's due to the u bend in the shower syphoning & leaving no water trap. The owners are friendly, welcoming & responsive & none of these comments detracted from our holiday.

Summary: Nine of us holidayed together in this wonderful villa (4 adults and 5 children) and we truly had a fabulous time. The villa was beautifully decorated, comfortable and with all mod cons. The pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing and the outdoor terrace meant the kids could spend time out of the hot sun. The villa is high up on a hill and I never tired of the views of the surrounding Costa Brava. The owners were very accommodating and made our trip very special. I would certainly love to go back again!!

Summary: We've just returned from a wonderful holiday at this beautiful villa. It's a perfect place for families and friends to share and enjoy the fabulous pool and spectacular views of the mountains and sea. The villa is very spacious and well equipped with the beds being the most comfortable we've ever slept on in a holiday villa. The owners have added lots of lovely decorative touches which make the villa feel like a home. There are also many games and DVDs for children and adults alike, along with a playhouse and rope swing in the garden which our children loved. I would thoroughly recommend this peaceful villa to anyone wanting to visit this part of Spain.
