4 Bedroom House in North Haven, Sag Harbor

The house is in North Haven Point (NHP), which is a private community in Sag Harbor. We have private tennis courts and a NHP residents only beach, with grilling and picnic tables. We are also within a mile of three of other town beaches. Our house sits on two acres on a cul-de-sac with a small preserve in the back. We have a heated pool, hot tub, large outdoor kitchen, extensive patio for lounging, master suite with sauna and jacuzzi, fully-integrated house-wide audio system controllable from an iPhone or the like, etc. The house has three bedrooms and a convertible fourth bedroom/media room.
We are a few minutes from Sag Harbor's Main Street (about a mile) and right next to Shelter Island (half a mile to the ferry). Sag Harbor and Shelter Island have become very trendy in the last few years so they both boast great restaurants and shopping; yet the towns have a a very relaxed atmosphere. The American Hotel in Sag Harbor has a great restaurant if you want some fine dining in between home grilling. Bridgehampton is about 10 minutes away; East Hampton is about 15; Southampton is about 20; Montauk about 35. A small security deposit and utility payment is required.
