This beautifully renovated three bedroom unit has great ocean views and lots of space for the whole family. There is a large tiled open plan kitchen, dining and living area perfect for the family to relax. The living area is surrounded by a enclosed balcony which has big windows that run right along the balcony to capture the view. The unit offers unlimited wifi NBN internet to guests (subject to no carrier outages).

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and great sized ensuite, the second bedroom houses a queen bed and the third bedroom is home to two single beds. The main bathroom is well size kids single bed and single trundle bed.

You are within walking distance to all of Woorim's main attractions including the patrolled beach, shopping complex and clubs. Public transport is at your door step so all you need to do is park the car in the garage and enjoy.

Please note there is two units avaliable for holiday let in this compex which make it a perfect spot to bring extended family or friends as you can book both units.

Please note linen is not included and you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels. Doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $25.00 x Double Set and $17.50 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.
