Positive: We had the pleasure of staying in the place for 10 days. The location, just a short walk to the Southfields tube, was ideal for us as was easy access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The spacious apartment was spotless with brand new carpet and every convenience. And so comfortable — from the cozy living room to the restful well-appointed bed! (Bookshelves to browse were a bonus!) Our wonderful host had left “instructions” for everything about the rental and also recommendations for the neighborhood.

Positive: Hugo was easily contactable, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was super cozy, incredibly clean and festive with the Christmas tree and lights. It was a perfect base for showing my brother from the US around London. It had parking and not far from the tube station. Since my family had been travelling, they appreciated the washer and dryer.

Negative: I cannot provide any criticism or constructive feedback :)
