Kitchen is fully equipped, with plans to be updated in the near future, and includes a dishwasher (as well as a washer & dryer). Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the large island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
3 smart TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 minute walk from the door to the sand.
Remodeled master bathroom (2023)
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
Linens are included. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters.
Rents Sunday to Sunday prime season (prime season runs from approx. the second week in June thru the second week in August).

Summary: Mid October was a great time to stay at this lovely condo. The complex is on the beach, so it is a quick walk to reach the beach. The condo is very spacious. One note of preparation, bring everything to stock your space, as this operates more like a weekly beach house rental. We had to make a stop out for extra supplies, like toilet paper and dish soap.

Summary: We had one of our best family vacations here. It was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything you need for a great stay - plenty of things you don’t think of until you don’t have it in other places, like lots of hooks for towels, plenty of kitchen tools down to chip clips and leftover containers. The living area was so spacious. The showers were clean. The carpet was soft. The beds were comfortable. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The resort itself was so relaxing - perfect sized pool plus hot tub. I appreciated the no smoking/vaping policy throughout the entire place. Very very kid friendly. Close to everything we like to do in Emerald. We will be back!

Summary: Our family has rented units here for many years. The last time was probably more than 20 years ago. We have always enjoyed the location and friendliness of the property managers. My family is large so we rented 5 different units. My unit was one of the best. I will definitely stay here again. Hope to return next year!

Summary: We were so excited when we opened the door! The condo was awesome! So clean, comfortable and easy to get to! It had everything you needed. The beach, that was just steps away, was private to the area residents. So relaxing and restful. Would definitely recommend!!
