Summary: Laura is very quick to respond and accommodating. We had an issue with the A/C and she was at the house within 5 minutes of the phone call to access the situation. There was a repair man there the very next morning. She made extending our stay easy. The house was very nice and just as described. The location was perfect for us. If ever in the area again this is where we hope to stay.

Summary: very clean and quiet. Only issue was the black towels. Never was able to get them to stop bleeding black ink or stop shredding. We were the first ones to use them, but should have been washed beforehand.

Summary: We needed a place to accommodate our family of children and grandchildren for a family funeral. It was very clean, easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood and hosts were great and easy to communicate with. And very thoughtful.
