Summary: Lovely house. Wish we could have accessed early. Price per night was great but exorbitant fees from VRBO made it not so reasonable afterall. House was very clean. No tissues and towels could use replacing. Communication with owner was good. Spacious and lovely. Thank you

Summary: This was a perfect stay for a few friends to get away for a few night and just relax. Far enough away from Campus and Downtown so that it was quiet but close enough for convenience to just about everything you need.

Summary: WildWest was perfect in every way. The downstairs master was perfect for my sister who has some mobility issues. The upstairs bedrooms were extremely spacious. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. Every appliance and the perfect amount of starter supplies. We did some hiking, N. AZ museum and Riordan museum were highlights. And coming “home” to relax was perfection. I highly recommend WW house.

Summary: Everything was good. It’s not a fancy house but a comfortable house. The garage was dirty but we were glad to have a place to park out of the elements. The outside area is nice but is lacking in neatness. The kitchen was loosely stocked with supplies. It needs pot holders and dish cloths to wipe the counters. The upstairs bathroom sink in the King bed room would not drain. All beds were comfortable. The heat worked well and we stayed warm. Overall, I would recommend this house if you need comfortable living for your stay.
