Summary: We had 19 people. 12 kids and 7 adults. Kids aged 1-17. The house was gorgeous. Did have issue with a bed but contacted manager and they fixed it. House had some minor issues but not bad at all. Location was great. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Not at all happy! I didn't notice no reviews for the last 2 years.So after it was to late to cancel we got the rules which state the AC has to be 74-78 degrees or it can freeze up. The thermostat won't even go lower than 72. People upstairs couldn't sleep until it cooled off at night. Lucky it was cool this time of year and one found a fan. Everyone else had to suffer.After that.1. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our downstairs bed makes you feel like you will roll off on one side. Others in our party complained that the beds were to hard2. People outside can look into the downstairs bedroom! It has 2 separate blinds with some gaping and doesn't have any curtains to block the view.3. We ran out of toilet paper early on day 34. Pool table is useless. The top sags in the middle and the balls roll to it after hitting them5. We couldn't watch TV in the downstairs bedroom without the closet light being on because the outlet is on the same circuit6. If you don't pay to heat the pool you can't use the hot tub7. Couches in the game room were old and peeled8. Overall it needs new stuff. It's all very dated9. Outside the house wasn't bad but still had some loose garbage on the ground10. 13 actual beds, not 15 beds, unless you try to count a crib and that's still not 15I can't recommend this property as it is.

Summary: The place was nice and big enough for the whole family , I liked the easy process of checking in/out and no face to face contact just text communication. Overall the place was great.

Summary: This property would be one that I would not want to visit again. It was Sandy and dirty when we arrived not enough blankets, to even cover the beds. And most places that you rent you at least have mixing bowls and so forth. This place didn't have that it's almost like you had to bring everything from your house to this house and for the cost you should at least have bowls and utensils. Hopefully they've updated.

Summary: The property is great and the owner was extremely helpful. However the listing says 15 minutes to Disney. Our drive was no shorter than 35 minutes everyday once almost an hour.

Summary: Property was clean, great location, & we received quick responses to questions/concerns. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Only issue was not enough garbage containers outside as trash pickup is only once a week and the garbage was overflowing when we arrived and by the end of our week stay, it was overflowing again.

Summary: This house definitely was big. It accommodated our large group. The pool and hot tub were very nice. There were some things that didn't exactly affect our stay, but could definitely use improvement. The house wasn't very clean. The dishes were dirty when we arrived. The tub for the kids didn't have a drain plug. The master bathroom tub didn't drain unless you held it up. We couldn't find a dustpan to sweep the floor while staying. This house has the potential to be great if some of these simple improvements are made. Overall I would probably not stay here again.
