Beautiful, quiet, and spacious private house with a large backyard. Manhattan Beach and other gorgeous beaches only 10 minutes away. Ideal location with a 10-15 minute drive to LAX airport, and a 30-35 minute drive to downtown LA and Hollywood. Close to amusement parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Knott's Berry Farm.

Summary: The house has everything we needed. It was perfect in everyway. Quiet and clean street. Mary was easy to communicate with, it was a real pleasure staying in her home. Only con was the water pressure from the showers, it was hard to shower but we never let that affect our stay.

Summary: Our family stayed at this property for 5 nights on a short Los Angeles vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The home was very clean and well appointed, and the check-in and communications with the owner were all very smooth. Our kids particularly liked the bathtubs and the backyard. The location was great too, as it was central for a lot of the activities we did, such as going to the beach, but also theme parks and sporting events (USC, Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium). We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend for other travellers.
