500 sq ft. studio. Fully furnished smoke-free and pet-free studio with a queen bed, dining area to seat four, and comfortable living area with a 42" internet TV. Large bathroom with heated tile floor and large kitchenette to prepare meals. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pot, induction cook top, crockpot, and large toaster oven. Fresh linens and towels provided. This apartment has its own entrance into our home and is completely private. Wifi, local TV, and Netflix are included. There is only one queen bed but an additional queen air mattress and linens are available on request.
Guests will have access to a washer and dryer for stays longer than 5 nights.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to private key-less entrance and designated parking area in our driveway. You are also free to use our backyard which includes a play set.
Interaction with Guests:
We usually check in once, but are just a knock, call, or text away. We love sharing our favorite stores, attractions, and restaurants.

Our neighborhood is very quiet, but conveniently located to shopping, dining, and other attractions in Lynchburg. Although we are outside of the city you will enjoy a nearly traffic free commute to Liberty via easy access to 460. The commute time to Liberty is 15 minutes.
Local (7%) transient occupancy tax and state (5.3%) sales taxes are included in the listed price so no additional taxes will be charged.

Summary: The property was just what is was pictured to be. Everything was clean and welcoming. Spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owners were easy to reach out to and responded in a reasonable amount of time. Cozy place that we would highly recommend to others.

Summary: Everything was fantastic and this little gem made my experience in Lynchburg as nice as could be. The owners were friendly and were very responsive to any and all of my needs. The neighborhood is nice and I was a quick drive to anything I needed. I highly recommend a stay here if you’re headed this way.

Summary: We are so glad that we found this gem of place to stay at a very reasonable price. We felt right at home at this unit. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and ready to answer any questions. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Even though the rental unit is part of the host home, it felt as if we were in a separate apartment. The unit was tastefully decorated and very clean. The unit was equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, pots and pan, coffee maker and a hot plate., The bed was comfortable and they also had an air mattress (we did not need to use that). We will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. They had everything we needed and more. It was very clean. The tile in the bathroom was heated! We were able to cook a light breakfast and snacks which was very nice for our small family. The air mattress was more than enough for our kids and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for a family of 4 with a friendly layout. We would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Lynchburg.

Summary: I stayed here with a friend after a long hiking trip at McAfee Knob. It was just as described. Steven, the owner, came out to meet us and made sure everything was to our liking. The place itself was beautiful, very modernized. It was clean and felt so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. It was much more spacious than it looked from the pictures. We loved that the bathroom had heated floors, such a nice addition. I would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.

Summary: Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with great access to the various popular areas in the Forest and Timberlake areas and one can be at Liberty University or shopping in 10 minutes.The owners (who live upstairs) were attentive upon my arrival and unobtrusive. The private entry was a big reason for me to stay here. Although i entered the space late at night and got up fairly early to leave I would recommend this space especially for a single person. The space is bigger than it needs to be for a full size bed (maybe a queen...not sure) and small kitchenette which i didnt use but it does keep you from feeling cramped. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Thanks to Steve and his lovely wife.
