Summary: The apartment is very nice and in a great location with a short distance to Cary Street, Hollywood Cemetary, Maymont, restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: We want to give honest feedback so you can improve this accommodation - it has potential to be great. Towels, bedding and linens are not acceptable for a VRBO accommodation. Mismatched, stained, old. Several broken items like kitchen cabinet door and microwave handle. Generally the space wasn’t very clean. Controls for radiator vs AC need to be identified. Furniture and rugs are stained. Cooking debris in the drawers and bottom drawer of oven. Porches were filthy, and unusable. There were cobwebs in the windows. Shower liner was too big and not clean in hallway bathroom. Liner touches you when showering. Only 1 window in two bedrooms with 2 windows had a window blind. We loved the location and the Fan neighborhood. Mollie was extremely helpful/responsive. Mattresses were comfortable. Would stay again if items above were corrected.

Summary: Quick trip visit with long-time friends. This place was perfect! It is a fantastic location and has lots of places to hang out. The host was easy to work with and responded in minutes with any questions. I highly recommend this place and the area.
