Summary: We loved it short extended family stay as way to visit Denver before heading to the slopes. The property was excellent, location couldn’t be better and the activities around the area accessible. We spent hours in the park with the kids. The owners were very kind and helpful!

Summary: Although initially unsure of staying in a property with owners living upstairs, this turned out to be a wonderful experience. The owners were very accommodating and accessible without being intrusive. Property was comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was prime - great neighborhood with Washington Park right across the street. This would be my first stop next time I need a place to stay in Denver!

Summary: We got married just across the street in Wash Park and this was a perfect place to stage things, get ready, have people over, and, of course, actually sleep a little. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic place. Pictures were accurate to what we were expecting. You really cannot beat the location! Plenty of parking and walkable. Summary: The property is right on Washington Park with great access to nearby sights, restaurants, grocery shopping and coffee shops. Brandon and Michele were extremely helpful and responsive: they provided us with a welcome packet, which included local recommendations and helpful tips about parking, etc. We will definitely be coming back to their great property!

Summary: very nicely decorated basement apartment in awesome location on Wash Park West. every morning i got up and walked the park. Kitchen small but super cute. My parents, in their eighties, loved to go sit in the garden. It was the perfect place for quick access to DU, and Cherry Creek restaurants and shopping. Quick ride to RiNo, LoDo, etc. Fairly quick ride to red rocks also. better suited for six than eight, but otherwise perfect!
