Summary: ProsSpacious living and kitchen areasGreat roomy backyardSleeping areas were comfortableWell stocked kitchenConsWindows not across from one another making it hard to get a breeze in and no ceiling fans. We were only given 4 rolls of toilet paper. There was 10 adults there for 5 days. Indoor garbage can was way to small and extremely hard to put the liners in. Ice maker was broken. Only had 2 small ice cube trays.

Summary: This spot was perfect for our large group vacation! We had plenty of space and the house was very well stocked with many cooking utensils, blankets, and laundry/dish soaps. Our family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it/come back again.

Summary: This property is conveniently located in Santa Cruz and is within walking distance to a coffee shop and other necessities. Our party had 5 adults and kids under 3. We stayed Thursday to Monday for a wedding. The home and backyard are very welcoming and accommodated wild kids and several adults with ease.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family booked this property 1 yr. in advance for our daughters graduation from UCSC. The reviews do not do it justice AT ALL!! From the moment we started working with Bailey Property Management we were 100% taken care of! Their communication between us and the owner was seamless, and they even were willing to work with us on getting a full refund if we needed it (Our daughter changed her mind on attending graduation weeks before we were slated to check in!!)She of course, as most parents will understand, changed her mind again and we kept our everything as planned. Bailey Property Management understood the Life Happens and completely understood our situation, offering a full refund if needed. Amazing!!!!! The property is larger than the pictures depict. Our whole family stayed comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with an amazing backyard! We walked everywhere from the house (grocery/restaurants/ocean) it's the perfect location in Santa Cruz! Be sure to bring extra TP & paper towels (as they only provide 1 roll). I'd say that would be the biggest feedback; For the price of the stay, i'd expect to not have to supply our own paper products. We will stay here again!!!! Fantastic
