This spacious house is situated on a corner lot, where you can sit by the pool and overlook a beautiful back yard with a pond and hole 9 on the golf course. In addition It is only minutes from Manasota Key (which has many restaurants and great beaches), deep sea fishing, and many more attractions!

Summary: The property was super clean, well stocked. Tyler kept in contact with us when needed. Pool was cleaned during our stay. Over all it was a great experience.

Summary: The house was great, very clean and location was perfect. The lanai wasn’t completed before our stay, but should be done soon, which will help tremendously with the wonderful Florida bugs! Other than the lanai, the house was exactly as pictured. Tyler was very responsive, and tried to address any issues we had (nothing major). Overall, it was a great stay!

Summary: Husband and I had a nice stay. Tyler was very responsive and easy to deal with. The property and surrounding areas were definitely hit by that years hurricanes but Tyler has the place turned around other than then the pool covering. Great place
