This pleasant and comfortable apartment is located in one of the best communicated places in Barcelona.
Newly renovated and with all the comforts.
Interior apartment, without any annoying and very sunny traffic noise.
Building with elevator. Air conditioning, heating, laminated wood floors. Wifi.
3 bedrooms (one with two beds of 90, another with double bed 135 and the third with a bunk bed with two beds of 90).
2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and one with a shower. Large fitted wardrobes.
The Fabra i Puig metro station is the L1 line from which you can access all of Barcelona and is located 100 meters from the apartment. Perfect for quick access to the Ramblas, the Old City, the Port and the main beaches of the city.
The bus stop is just in front, 200 meters next to the Sant Andreu Arenal train station. Buses lead directly to the main tourist attractions of Barcelona: Church of the Sagrada Familia (3.02 km), Parc Güell (2, 83 km), Gaudí House-Museum and Mercat dels Encants (2.89 km).
From Sant Andreu Arenal train station there is perfect communication with all the cities outside of Barcelona, both on the Mediterranean coast (fishing villages and spectacular beaches of the Costa Brava, north or south, the beautiful Roman city of Tarragona with its circus, amphitheater, Roman museums and Salou, with its Port Aventura amusement park, all located within 1 hour by train). And the mountains. For winter sports and ski slopes you can go to La Molina, which is 2 hours away by train.

Summary: The property is beautiful with a wonderful neighbourhood lots of authentic restaurants, fruit stands and markets nearby. The property was clear and well looked after other than a sluggish hall air conditioner. I would book this property again in a heartbeat! My only worry was confusion on check-in information in advance. For international travellers, we need more than 24 hours to confirm.

Summary: We enjoyed the apartment very much- super conveniently located. It did get a bit hot in the bedrooms at night- but overall was a great place for our visit to Barcelona

Summary: Only complaint was hand held shower would not stay in its holder. Apartment was great and the location close to Metro made it easy to get around.

Summary: We found the property to be clean, comfortable, and reasonably well provided with what a family of 5 needed to spend 2 weeks in Barcelona, at an affordable price. Perfect location for access to public transit, cafés, supermarkets and parks within walking distance. A great choice.

Summary: I would recommend this, it has a very good location to transit, right next to subway station. Some very cool things in the area. It is also as advertised, cute balcony, space, washer and kitchen. Would recommend, and very well priced.

Summary: Flat was nice. Not knowing are would have liked to be closer in inside of city. Rental agency was great with communication and helped us get taxi service to port. Never have rented in Europe before so I don’t know if it is normal to be allowed 1 towel per guest. Also no toiletries or complimentary coffee. This may be normal so I don’t want to be judging. Would recommend flat.

Summary: The place is very clean. The bus stop and metro are just a few steps away. Restaurants are close by and we never had any safety issues. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The cooling system can be improved . The A/C is mounted by the hallway and none in the bedrooms. It was pretty hot and humid on the night we came so my husband and I had to sleep in the living room on the 1st night. We contacted the property manager and she provided us with 3 electric fans after a day or so. We just wished the person who received us understands and speaks English for easier communication.

Summary: Apartment is located on the boulevard but noise from traffic cannot be heard because the apartment is in the back of the building. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is excellent because it is across the street from the metro, which takes you anywhere in Barcelona that you want to go and very quickly there!
