Positive: Very nice pool.

Negative: Air conditioning issues during our stay. They promptly sent people to work on the air conditioning and install temp room units, but it was a big inconvenience to have to have someone around to wait for repairs. Also, the house still got quite hot in the afternoon, and then was cool by morning. Additionally the kitchen seemed too small for the quantity of guests that the house was designed for.

Positive: The location was great! We could walk to the beach or hang out in the private pool. There were shops within walking distance and a Kroger nearby. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious!

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Positive: Location is ideal! Beds were comfortable. no shortage of bathrooms.

Negative: Not a big deal, but i thought the little pool that waterfalls into the big pool was a hot tub which we were really looking forward to. It was never on the listing that the house included a hot tub so it was just my own assumption. Maybe state that it is a kiddie pool and not a hot tub.

Summary: Provided everything we needed, comfortable, and great location!
