Negative: Two gates at the back on both sides of the house would have been perfect. If you have little children you would be constantly worried about them going out to the front of the house and going on the road.

Positive: Very central, clean and tidy. Good base station
Negative: Need a secondary lock on front and back sliding door, installing dead locks would be a good idea. We didn’t have an issue but make you feel safer in an unfamiliar area.

Positive: We were really happy with the house, was very neat, tidy and spacious and had everything we needed. Great central location for touring around the tablelands. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Good location on a quiet street. Spacious kitchen and large bedrooms. I liked having a washing machine and a full sized fridge with all cooking and eating utensils provided. Pedestal fans were a lifesaver. Price was good, as I was travelling with 2 adults and less expensive than separate hotel rooms.
Negative: No air-conditioning (as advertised), no security screens, and no screened front door. The house was hot ALL the time. (Average temperature for our stay was about 28°C). It was cooler outside, but there was no outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, we also had a few cockroaches (can provide photos). The property just needs pest control, so it's an easy fix.
