Summary: The only negative was the kids room upstairs was downright hot. Needs to be vented or a/c needs to be added. Vent hood kitchen corners need to be covered. Tall men kept hitting their heads. Very sharp. Best equipped kitchen. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Would love more updated TVs. Kitchen sink water was not hot enough. Favorite place so far. Could rent this house every year!!

Summary: The check-in process was a breeze, and the home was beautiful and well maintained. The amenities were great for all ages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Except for two glitches that were resolved in a timely manner, the stay was memorable.

Summary: It's a great house, but a little far from the beach for our liking - to be fair though, we are used to staying on Ocean Marsh so everything seems a little far in comparison :) Really nicely appointed though and great for two families.

Summary: nice home that is just a bit older. Additionally...more bugs in this home than others we have stayed in kiawah (15+ years coming to Kiawah) Additionally two snakes and rat in pool. (we get that is part of island life) Thank you for the cooler...we appreciated. Gary Jerow

Summary: Our group which consisted of 4 adults and 4 teens had a great time. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone. The swimming pool and pool table were awesome to have. Highly recommend!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. The pool and pool deck needed cleaning. Top sheets for king bed in Master was only a queen size, very annoying. Mattress in master needed replacing. No matches or lighter for grill and starter on grill not functional. Landscaping was overgrown.
