It has a grand design with soaring cathedral ceilings, open kitchen and grand open dining area, and a breakfast nook overlooking the canal; The large size primary bedroom is privately located on the top floor with high ceiling, the primary bath with relaxing Jacuzzi, and has a huge sitting area with slider opening to the private sun deck. Summary: The location is perfect, right over the bridge so we didn't have to deal with a lot of Cape Cod traffic. The house was spacious and accomodated our extended family. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped though we didn't cook. The host kindly made an exception for our scheduling request.

Summary: All aspectsnof our stay was spot on! We enjoyed sunlight, privacy. Lots of space for each guest. Kitchen was well organized with kitchen supplies we needed. Grocery store was within minutes and allowed us to enjoy our meals with prepping and eating on site. Walking along the canal was great with best of weather. All in all a 5 star stay. Thank you!

Summary: The property is fantastic for a group gathering. I had my sister, two sisters-in-law and niece in the group. The spread out of bedrooms gave us each the privacy to lead to a great group getaway.

Summary: The area is a great place to vacation. Traffic, of course, is always a challenge. One of two HVAC’s was not working. There were portables AC’s not set up properly. We got some tape and used towels to situate them. We were lucky the weather stayed cool during our week, so it wasn’t too bad. We were pleasantly surprised by some coffee and paper towels provided. To lock patio door, lift the handle while you turn the lock.

Summary: House was very clean, we had a problem with the a/c when we first arrived, and it was very hot, we contacted the owner and he was able to get the house cooled enough for our stay.

Summary: We spent 5 nights at the property in late July 2022. The house was big enough and spacious enough for our group of 9. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and access to the trail along the canal for exercise. We weren't at the house much during the day as we were exploring Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard on day trips. It was a good location as a home base to explore all parts of the island.
