Summary: We had a wonderful stay over July 4th week. We were in town for a softball tournament, 3 families with total of 12 people. House was clean and updated, 2 AC units kept us nice and cool. Pool and hot tub were big bonus and used a ton. And, we got to enjoy the neighborhood fireworks show! John was great, had a few questions which he answered immediately. Area is also good. Nice and quiet with the Opry, mall, restaurants etc right down the road. Downtown Nashville easy 20min drive.

Summary: We arrive a few minutes before check in and the housekeeper was still there.Qe discovered that the all the rooms had not been vacuumed and bed linens not changed. Owner did give us a partial refund after we complained and he sent the cleaner back the following day. The red sofa in the living room has seen better days. The linens could also be updated. The house is large the kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. The pool is above ground with a deck built around it and we had to run the cleaner before using. There were corn hole games pro used and floaters for the pool. All in all it wasn't the best or the worst the space was great the cleaning and furniture could use some care.

Summary: The house was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Great neighborhood - very quiet and peaceful. There were many mornings & evenings that we could sit on the front porch and watch the deer grazing in the yard.

Summary: The host was amazing, but the pictures on the listing have to be from awhile ago. The pool needs quite a bit of work done, one side had a rusted out support structure. The deck area around the pool was very dirty and so was the outside furniture. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and very old. We had a great time, the house did its purpose, but for the price it could use to be freshened up.
