Summary: Awesome property. We had a convention at the Gaylord Opryland and choose this property due to the proximity (two and a half miles). Everything was nice, just as represented in the listing.

Summary: Perfect location, we used the recommended shuttle for downtown, highly recommend the van service. You could update your towels. So tiny and a few had holes in them, wash clothes had stains on them, other than that property had everything we needed.

Summary: Stay was great, location was perfect. As I saw in other reviews, the cleaning lady was there till 5:40 and our check-in was at 4, so we had a stranger wandering around as we were getting settled. She was nice and apologized for being there. The 2 king suites were very nice, the double room was nice as well but the king bed sharing a jack and jill bathroom needs a matteess, never slept on such an uncomfortable bed in my life. We bought a foam mattress topper just to make it a little better. Overall, great place, owner very easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Summary: Overall very good stay. Unique house and property. Nice pool, side yard, front elevated porch, 1st floor layout with master. Host excellent and very responsive. A few items to consider for improvement…upon arrival, checkin at front door was seamless, but noticed back door to pool deck was unlocked and windows not lockable. Top door balcony door only secured with bungee cord. Dishwasher was loaded but had not been run. Refrigerator/Freezer light flickerswheopened.

Summary: My siblings and spouses met for a reunion and the River House was perfect. It had everything, except tissues in the bathrooms (a real nit!). Fifteen minutes from downtown Nashville. Our host, John, was extremely responsive. The house was as described. Lots of outdoor sitting spaces. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this for family or friend gathering. Really lovely!
