Wake up on your sunny, private back deck with a cup, and then explore what lies beyond the stairs that lead from the deck into the trees.
Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light. The chef will adore the fully-equipped, updated kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, double oven, six-burner gas range, and double-drawer dishwasher, perfect for smaller loads. At the end of the day, three comfortable living spaces, each with a TV and plenty of seating, offer lots of entertainment options. Grab a spot on the giant sectional upstairs for a movie night, while the rest of the gang plays cards or dunks baskets with the fun basketball game downstairs. With in-home WiFi, a DVD and Blu-Ray player, and five TVs, there’s something for everyone. When it’s time to turn in, three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs await.

Summary: This house is an excellent location for all your vacation plans. The living room had plenty of chairs for everyone to relax. The many bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family of 9. It was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need. Communication with the property mangers was excellent and they gave detailed directions for staying at this rental. The only complaint I had was parking. The description said room for 3 vehicles, but in reality, there was only room for 1 pickup truck. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Colorado Springs area.

Summary: This house was the PERFECT setting for our family reunion. If you like a beautiful wide open floor plan so 15 conversations and alot of laughter filling it,...then this is the place for you. The living room, dining room and kitchen's open floor plan was perfect for the 12 of us. The bedrooms offered the quietness for couples if you wanted to get away from the fun. The scenic views from the living room and the deer running around the development added to the Colorado charm of this lovely home. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations and were congratulating me on finding the perfect fit. Loved the home!! (PS: And thanks again Sara for your assistance with setting this up. :)
