This spacious ranch-style home is located just 10 minutes from Viroqua, WI and 20 minutes from the Mississippi River. Sitting on 5 acres right off of Highway 56 there is plenty of space for you and your family including hosting events. The home has 6 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 full bathrooms but there is ample living space to blow up air mattresses and plenty of yard space to pitch tents if you have a larger party. There is a small basketball court off of the backyard and enough parking space for all of your guests. Equipped with a grill and patio furniture.
**There is an extra fee for more than 12 guests as that’s what the property can comfortably host in bedrooms. You will have to provide your own air mattresses and tents for extra people.
There is no access to the garage.
A set amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent are set out for your stay. Once these items are out you will be responsible for providing your own.
There is grilling utensils for the grill provided including lighters. There is no charcoal or lighter fluid provided**

Summary: Had the whole family (12 people) together for mom's/grandma's 80th birthday. The house worked out great. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay at your house.

Summary: At first glance, this appeared to be a very nice home! We had plenty of space for our family! However, the attention to details was greatly lacking. The icemaker did not work. The kitchen cabinets did not close because they were not carefully installed. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose. The cabinet in the vanity had only one hinge. The back door had issues, like coming out of the frame! They did not have the floor heat on for the tile floor(very cold). Door handle to the back bathroom was loose. There was more to fix than could be done during our stay. If you choose this property, bring your own ice and wear warm socks! These may sound like small things, but they add up! Check and make sure with the owner that these things have been fixed before you rent!

Summary: This rental was everything we hoped for, and more. Huge, well designed and perfect for our 3 generation Christmas After Christmas. Biggest wonderful surprise was the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. Made our stay really festive and special . Our only issue was we ran out of TP and paper towels and needed to purchase more for our time there. We will be better prepared next time. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well equipped we hope to return next year, as it’s a perfect location and home for all 11 of us.

Summary: We did an early Christmas celebration. The home was beautifully decorated and even had a tree put up. The place is laid out well and very spacious. It was well stocked with most kitchen essentials. We will definitely book again!

Summary: This was a well stocked house, plenty of towels, dishes, soaps, paper products and even snacks; ingredients for s’mores, chips and Cheetos. We appreciated that, very nice of the owner. It was a big house, with lots of room for our group of sisters and our daughters. It has a very nice back deck and yard, but we didn’t have time to use it. The location was perfect for shopping in Lacrosse and riding around in the beautiful countryside to see the Amish farms. The only suggestion would be to have more seating in the living room. Everything else was great, thank you for sharing your house with us!
