Summary: The house was just the right size. Plenty of room for everyone. It was clean but needs to be painted. The marks on the walls make it look dirty. It could also use different bedding. Bring your own blankets if you get cold. The children loved that it was so close to the nature park. It was in a perfect area. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My sisters family came to town and we rented this house so her family, mine, and our parents could have a nice place to stay near my dad and father. This house had all that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The owners were attentive. It was a great stay!!!!!

Summary: A group of nine friends with a mix of couples and singles stayed here for a long weekend. This home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood not far from a greenway and with several grocery stores in close proximity. Communication with the host was very good prior to and after our arrival. We had a problem with the door opening when we arrived which was remedied fairly quickly. At one point during the weekend when we needed additional supplies there was a communication hiccup between the parties involved but the supplies were eventually delivered. This home is well suited to large diverse groups as there are two good sized living rooms/dens so there is enough room to spread out. The bedrooms are good sized as well. We would stay here again if in the Charlotte area.

Summary: The house was very accommodating, with just about everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook each night, and the beds were really comfy. It was also close to Walmart and the grocery store, which was nice. Since there were 7 of us, we almost ran out of toilet paper. So I'd suggest having more rolls available. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd recommend it for sure!
