Summary: The home was just as described - the decorations and furnishings made it feel like a real home. The kitchen was fully outfitted and easy to maneuver in. The bathrooms also worked out well for our group of 5 adults. One thing that was a little frustrating is that 3 women were trying to get ready for a wedding. The countertops in the bathroom are not quite big enough to hold all of our items. There were also no other available mirrors for us to use. We never used the third floor but it would be a great place for the kids to hang out in the evening or to watch the football game on tv. I really recommend this location and home

Summary: Our group of 9 stayed at this property for 3 nights during arch madness. The property is as advertised. It is a beautiful historic building with lots of charm. The location is great. Walking distance to Busch stadium and a lot of attractions. Our whole group enjoyed the place and had plenty of space to spread out. Our 4 kids really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and game room. As other reviewers have said, if you have a problem with stairs, this is probably not for you. The proximity of the bedrooms on the second level was good too because even with 3 families we felt like we had our own space. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I live in the country, so with this being just south of downtown, I had some reservations, but we did not have any issues and felt safe at the property. I would not hesitate to book this property again. weresponsive.

Summary: House was exactly as listed. Extremely clean, well set up, and well stocked (so nice to have extra TP, trash bags, soap, etc.)The host was very attentive and while we didn’t have any issues, I am sure they would have resolved them quickly if we did. The only part we didn’t love was the location. The area was not exactly unsafe, but also wouldn’t want to walk by myself. Also, you are close to a lot of things but nothing is walking distance. Everything is a 5-15 min drive. The first night we had sirens driving by repeatedly. The next night we only heard a couple. Overall we would absolutely stay here again and would definitely stay in any property this these hosts.

Summary: We had an awesome time visiting this lovely property! It was close to everything, very spacious, clean and well appointed with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed. The parking was excellent, the bathrooms were big and comfortable, and the artwork was really fun!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Summary: This is an amazing place to stay!! Very comfortable and a lot of amenities supplied that were unexpected.(good shampoo, outstanding body wash, bag of ice in freezer, coffee and filters) clean and very nice neighborhood (cross the street from church) even the neighbors are nice. Don’t miss out on a chance to stay at this older redone house. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!! P.s nice playground park area less than a block away. Also property is easy to get to from highway.

Summary: Located close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. Kitchen had all the cookware and dishes that we needed. Appreciated having enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and bathroom supplies. Liked being able to park at the back of the house.

Summary: Great home for our group of 7. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Less than 5 minute ride to the heart of Soulard. Steps to the third floor are steep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are oversized! Beds were comfy! The parking pad was a bonus, and fit three vehicles! Lots of attention to details by owners.
