With 5 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 sofa bed, there is plenty of space for all guests. The Bellair Golf Course is public, w/ a Toptracer driving range (think Top Golf) and a food truck, with cocktails and goodies, making it fun for the whole family! This is a two story home, but there is a stair lift for those that struggle with stairs. Located minutes from Spring Training fields, the Cardinals Stadium, great shopping and restaurants, hiking trails, pickle ball courts, and so much more! This beautiful home is fully stocked, and designed for style, comfort and fun!

Summary: Spacious house with large yard and large pool. Plenty of room for two families (4 adults, 4 kids), and great that it's pet friendly. Owner had great communication and was prompt responding to our needs like heating the pool, resupplying propane to the grill, etc. Deposit was super high regardless of the stay cost/length, and per VRBO it takes 2 weeks after your checkout date to return. Our deposit was around 2x the total cost of the rental. A couple of notes: there weren't enough plates and forks for our party. The bunk bed room isn't the safest. The beds are too high to have a ceiling fan, and there is an opening from the 2nd floor with no covering but a curtain. Also, the furniture isn't the sturdiest for constant use (we found a random screw that fell out from one of the beds), tables felt like they might fall apart while cutting meat on our plates.

Summary: This property was actually better than we expected. Being from a colder climate the pool was a highlight for the children and was heated well. There was plenty of room to hang out and the number of us went hiking at nearby trails. The host provided a pack and play and high chair. For in the city the yard was quite large which was extra nice for us.
