Positive: This was the second time we stayed at this property, but in a different unit. We returned because we appreciated its spaciousness and comfort, including a full kitchen and separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is both convenient and safe.

Negative: Our only complaint was that the unit was not cleaned thoroughly as we expected.

Positive: We booked this property based on the location and amenities - specifically the pool and two bedrooms with baths.

Negative: The pool was closed for our entire 4 night stay during a heat wave with temperatures in the upper 90s. We specifically chose this site because it offered a pool. Needed more than one extra pillow case, additional towels would have been nice. No TV in one of the bedrooms. I think the apartment had a fixed temperature whenever we left for a while. It got hot inside and the thermostat showed way hotter than we set it. I found the communications with the property management company to be difficult. I believe perhaps they manage too many properties. Some messages were never answered and check in procedure was strictly online and required uploading of personal identification. As there really wasn’t an option to check in face to face, I had to comply as it was too late to cancel and obtain accommodations for the family wedding we were attending.

Summary: Nice complex if the pool area had been open and the check in less invasive with sending personal docs online. Communicat

Negative: Location was a little difficult to find in the dark. I am not a smoker but my husband is A designated outdoor smoking area may have been helpful rather than having to completely leave the property.
