Positive: Great stay convenient and easy to get to off 79. Clean, comfortable and good value

Negative: The breakfast amenities were lacking two 1.5 Oz boxes of cereal unappealing flavors, waffles no butter and little syrup . Milk was a small squeeze box of some organic fat free milk. Juice was 2 smaller what looked like Cranberry juice boxes and a few apples. Not what was expected. I apologize for not notifying of my departure tried to leave unit clean but failed to remove trash. Very few items in can and did not receive departure instructions until home.

Positive: Thank you to our host. We had a very enjoyable stay. Apartment was spacious, neat, and clean. Access was easy. Close to fishing and swimming areas. The air conditioner in the living room stopped working. We contacted host and he responded promptly and walked my husband through getting it working . I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Wasn't sure how the breakfast would be included in price so my expectations were mixed. until I read online brochure. Eggs, milk fruit and juice were to be left in the refrigerator. True but the amount left did not cover 4 adults for 3 days. My bad for not contacting host as he requested if all expectations were met.
