Summary: Location, parking, amenities listed as is and were great. Enough beds for my group of 14. We didn't like the fact that we couldn't play music outside due to previous noise complaints, oh well, we respectfully made the most of it. Overall, we had a great time, thanks!

Summary: The place is beautiful and there's a lot of room.The pool and hot tub were amazing. The only reason I didn't give this place 5/5 is because of two things. 1. Last minute the host told us we weren't allowed ANY music outside as they have had issues in the past (this was not in the posting). I can understand if it was loud or there was excessive noise, but he told us NO music at all. It sucked that I was told last minute. 2. We had a big group of people going (which we told the host and were very clear about), for 3/4 days. We had asked previously if he provided toilet paper to supply the weekend and people - he said yes. However, when we got there, there wasn't much toilet paper and I had to spend time asking for more/going to buy some. I just wish he would have been clearer from the beginning and that way I didn't have to rush around arguing for more toilet paper or trying to buy some. Otherwise, the host was great and made sure everything was good for our stay. Some of the beds aren't on frames, but there are extra mattresses if you have a large group going. Also, there's not much shade (the decks aren't covered) and the hammock isn't up.

Summary: This place is amazing, my friends and I had no problems checking in and out. There were many beds and a lot of space in the house for all of us to fit. (group of 13). The place was clean, plates and utensils were clean, basement is beautiful, the TVs are nice and big, the pool table in the basement is nice and the deck is stunning. The backyard is amazing, there is lots of room for games and the pool looked beautiful. Unfortunately we did not go in the pool as it was closed for the winter but we are all looking forward to go back during the summer and go swimming. There is also a really good pizzeria a couple minutes from the hosue.
