Large open-plan living space where everyone can chill out on large comfy lounges. Spotlessly clean and freshly painted.

Accommodates 10 people (plus one single foam mattress for an extra guest if necessary).

Bathroom is clean and tidy with full sized bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity.

The kitchen has everything you need - crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle also included.
Television , DVD player, Fans (ceiling).
Basketball ring in driveway. Boardgames and kids dvds/books in house.
Gas BBQ in backyard.

You'll have the whole place to yourselves with lots of privacy. The entry to the house involves one step. After that it is level. Backyard is accessible from back door - requires a small step down to paved patio then a bigger step down to a fenced, grass backyard. Garage unavailable however plenty of off-street parking in long driveway.
Other things to note
Relax, your beds will be made for you on arrival. Doonas, pillows and blankets supplied. A fluffy white bath towel per person but please BYO beach towels.
We have updated our off-peak hot water system to a much larger unit so plenty of hot water for everyone.
