Summary: Communication with owner and Evolve team was slow. Evolve email said call or email owner for key info but after doing both over a couple days, I texted and owner indicated they only communicate by text. Then after we had been there 2 days, got email from Evolve saying hoped we had got in!! When we first arrived a couple of the beds looked wrinkled and appeared they had been laid/slept on. Back slider door didn’t lock. Only TV that worked for us was in the family room. Positives were a beautiful home and handy location for visiting Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks. Kitchen was stocked with spices and dishes etc. Pool area was an oasis and very relaxing!

Summary: A large group of us came in to attend a swim meet and this was the perfect place to rest and regroup between swims. The pool is amazing, the house is well-stocked for a large group to be comfortable, and the ping pong table was an added bonus.
