Positive: This house was cozy and offered a relaxing stay while my family and I were at the beach this week. The location was just across the street from the public beach entrance, and we visited the beach every day with our small children. It is such a nice community to spend vacation in as well. There are plenty of resources inside the home to make it completely user-friendly. We had everything needed to sleep comfortably, cook any meals, wash all our clothes, and enjoy a private porch in the back. Definitely would recommend this to anyone with a large family and would be more than happy to stay here again!!

Negative: If I had to pick one thing to change to make this stay better, I wish that it had an ocean view. But again, it was close enough to the beach that it wasn't an issue. There's really nothing left to complain about while staying here.

Positive: Excellent Beach Access, Roomy, Clean, Air Condition worked so well- even have sensors in the bedrooms linked to thermostat. Very close to beach access - so easy - there isn’t public access everywhere and the house is so close. Public spaces and porches roomy and bedrooms too - great layout.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The location was awesome. There were plenty of beds and separate rooms for a large family. I loved the back deck and also the outdoor shower and hose for cleaning off the sand.

Negative: The only issue we had was that the AC did not keep up with the hot weather.
