Newly built 1 bedroom daylight basement apartment with private entrance. Comes with a full-size kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath, a laundry room and a pullout queen bed from the couch. Has a TV in the living room and bedroom. Wifi included. Mountain biking/Hiking trails right outside.

You will have your own separate entrance. It includes 1 bedroom, with a queen size beds and a TV. It has a full kitchen that is equipped with your basic cooking needs. Bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. There is a portable crib available upon request.

Summary: It is a good location and very nice. My only issue is there should be a thermostat in the basement. It is apparently operated from the upstairs unit. I had to request a couple times for the a/c be turned down as it was very cold. That was not convenient.
