Summary: Eddie the property manager was extremely responsive! Great communication as to property information and neighboring restaurants. The property was very clean and supplied with almost anything you would need; paper towels, coffee pods, sheets, towels, dish soap, body soap, shampoo and more! Kitchen was supplied with everything you would need for meal making! Large dining table would accommodate family easily. The location was perfect, 15 minutes to everything we visited: the Cardinal Stadium and downtown, Busch Brewery, The Rep Theater, Forest park Zoo and Art museum! Several excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, along with a few drive thru types. I would recommend this property for all the above reasons, and the quaint style of the home. The beautiful hardware and molding were left in their original style, yet all the modern upgrades were done.

Summary: Great place! Super clean and the owners were helpful. Door was difficult to open the first time but that is the one and only complaint.

Summary: This is a cute upper level unit, very upper level... stairs up to house from street an then up to unit. Lots of updates that are well done, but the charm of the era of the property is well preserved. Things to note, parking is listed as an amenity, it is "fair game" city street parking, if you are not comfortable with parallel parking or are towing something this may be something to consider. There is only a Krieg for coffee, not a fan, I wish I had noticed in the pictures so would have taken a press pot. Nice place, good location, and comfortable. Very fast response to all of my messages too.
