Summary: The photos didn’t do this home justice! It was spacious and comfy! Peter was very easy to communicate with and very helpful when anything we needed! Will definitely be staying there again!

Summary: We truly enjoyed out stay at this beautiful home. This home is very spacious with ample parking and located in a beautiful neighborhood. It is very cozy with several places to gather and it has an open floorplan so that guest can enjoy entertainment. The home was fully stocked with linen, towels, cooking utensils and extra supplies we needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are very nearby. Most importantly, we enjoyed the hospitality from the hosts. Top Tier! I definitely recommend.

Summary: My family & I, along with a few of friends, traveled to The Woodlands to get away & celebrate my birthday. Upon entering the home, we were all floored. The pictures do not do this place justice. We were a group of 7 & had so much space. The house is nice, big & clean. The layout is perfect for a group as there are separate wings with full bathrooms, so we did not feel cramped whatsoever. The living room itself is huge, but there is another separate sitting area with doors, along with a study. The dining room was perfect & has a big table so it was perfect for sitting & enjoying breakfast and playing games together. The backyard is very nice with ample seating. The house is MUCH bigger than it appears in the photos & everything we needed was there from linens to plasticware to plenty of toilet paper. Peter made sure we had everything we needed & more for our stay. He even left drinks for us in the fridge & the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter the first night when he came by to welcome us and show us a few details he thought we might need. Knowing it was my birthday, Peter thoughtfully showed up with an ice cream cake & candles for me. The cake was amazing, but our entire group fell IN LOVE with Peter. He was so genuine & kind that we didn't want him to leave & plan on visiting again so that we can invite him over. Overall, this was the best home & host experience any of us have had. We will definitely return.

Summary: Our family of 7 arrived into Houston for a funeral on a Friday night around rush-hour time. It took us about an hour from Hobby Airport to get to the home, and while I appreciated Peter’s attention to detail, it was rather taxing to be taken on a tour with loads of information about the property after traveling 1000 miles. I would have appreciated the instructions/information being written down on a sheet of paper that I could refer back to. The home itself was well-suited for our group, but since 6 out of 7 of us were adults, we found the bedding situation unsatisfactory. We were unsure what to expect with the 4th bedroom since pictures were not available on the website, so I will state here that it is a trundle bed, and since it doesn’t have the support of boxsprings, we had our 15-year-old daughter sleep on that. The king bed mattress in the master bedroom was fine as long as you didn’t move around a lot. The queen beds in the other two bedrooms were unacceptable. We had two adults sharing each of those beds, and all of them woke up with some sort of issues (back pain, neck, pain, hip pain, etc.). Unfortunately, we were there for 4 nights and it was 4 miserable and uncomfortable nights of sleep for most of us. It was disappointing to read others comments in the guestbook about the need for new mattresses, and realize that nothing has been done about that. I would only stay here again if the owner got new mattresses…or if I had small children.

Summary: Our experience was amazing! Peter was so responsive to any and all our requests. The house is great. Very roomy. The master is very nice. The closest is so huge it worked great for our daughter to set up a pack and play for our granddaughter to sleep. We would definitely recommend it for anyone traveling to the Houston area.
