This is the FULL House, garage, & private hot tub in the private yard. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 living areas, 2 full kitchens and a sperate basement enterence.
There is kitchen upstairs & one downstairs. They are well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots & pans, a blender, etc).
Free laundry-Full sized washer & dryer in the upstair space & a stack washer/dryer combo in the basement space.
There is king bedroom suite upstairs and one downstairs. Both have a king sized bed and a portable crib with their own attached full bathroom to each room.
Two rooms have queens with one having a bunk bed in it as well.
Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed . The loft has two full-sized sofa beds with game table and activities. Children's toys, games, puzzles.
You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB on the deck.

Summary: It was great. We were there for a dance festival. There was enough room for all the students and 2 chaperones. They loved the hot tub. I wish there was more seating in the kitchen. No complaints. Heather was great to work with.
