Positive: Lots of space, very clean, and lovely and warm inside despite a cold January weather. Excellent to have 3 bathrooms, and the showers were all very nice and shampoo etc provided. Very convenient to charge my electric car. And the owner was very kind to let us check in a few hours early due to us arriving from the Netherlands after a long trip.

Negative: The cups could maybe do with replacing, lots of tea stains. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was very low and made it difficult for one of our guests to get up from since she has mobility problems. Given that this room has the accessible shower room ensuite (which is perfect for wheelchair or reduced mobility guests), the bed should really be a bit higher off the ground.

Summary: Lovely 2 nights here, would stay again

Positive: The location and space . Could have been brilliant with a little love & care

Negative: It started with dirty sheets on one of the beds , we stripped and put in washing machine on site . Owner did come to look and had spare bedding. As the weekend went on we found more faults there was rubbish left behind at the side of the freezer from previous guests . There was mould in both en suites due to extractor not working. And to top it all no hot water for two days as the boiler packed up . I was offered a partial refund which I excepted and would have been satisfied but it never transpired even though I have tried to contact the owner a couple of times . Despite the faults we had a brilliant time for my 60 birthday. As my daughter lives in Horsham we showered there and we used pans to boil water to wash up
