Our home is in a quiet and private neighbourhood and backs onto a forest!
In accordance with municipal bylaws, our property has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 total guests (8 adults + 2 infants under age 2). Guests are not permitted to sleep overnight in the dome, but are welcome to enjoy it throughout the day.
For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device. The device does not record audio and is used solely to monitor the volume level of noise in the home. This helps ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and our house rules regarding quiet hours.
Your privacy is fully respected — the device only tracks sound decibel levels and cannot detect or record conversations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Summary: Absolutely incredible stay! Our recent cottage getaway was pure bliss from start to finish. We spent most of our time indoors, truly taking advantage of all the amazing amenities. The sauna was a dream, and the hot tub provided the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The outdoor dome was such a unique and cozy touch – we loved spending time in there!The cottage itself was exceptionally well-furnished, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. What really stood out was how super clean everything was, and the instructions provided in advance were incredibly clear, making our arrival and entire stay seamless. This place truly exceeded our expectations. We would definitely look to book another trip here!

Summary: The cottage was lovely, very clean and it is apparent that a lot of thought and care went into this listing by the host. Before our stay, we were sent a link with full house details and instruction videos that really left no room for uncertainty with how to use amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and dome. We enjoyed the hot tub and dome but never got to using the sauna. We stayed with 2 adults and a medium/large dog - we all had a great time and loved our stay. Would definitely recommend. There are charges if you don’t take garbage but the local waste station in Haliburton did not charge us for disposal on our departure which was great We went during off season (May) but host had outdoor activities available for all seasons (snow shoes, inflatable paddle boards, outdoor games) which was nice even though we didn’t use. I have sent this property to friends and family and would definitely return in future!

Summary: This was a perfect vacation for our family. Loved everything about the entire experience. Owner was super responsive & when the stove did not work, he got a technician to fix it right before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable including the linens. Will surely come again.

Summary: The cottage and property were very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was very easy and responsive. The sauna and hot tub were in great shape. This is a great cottage for friends and family to enjoy! Lots of space and all the amenities you need to enjoy yourself and be comfortable. We definitely recommend this cottage and hope to come back soon :)

Summary: Area was nice, albeit a bit crowded with neighbours pretty close by. The dome was a great addition, but the first time we went in to check, the zipper for the entrance opened and wouldn’t close, so we couldn’t use it. Cottage came fully stocked with cooking/kitchen utensils, cookware, dishware, etc. and bedsheets/towels. Other than the dome, everything was as advertised.

Summary: This place blew my expectations out the water. From the listing description I had high hopes and was somehow even more impressed upon arriving. The place was super clean and we felt right at home. Everything we could need was there, and all of the cool amenities made this a super special and fun stay. The beds were super comfortable and cozy, and the heated floors in the bathroom made me want to move in! I have rented many places before and have never had a better experience, from the cleanliness, homey feeling, fun amenities, chic and cute decor/vibes, and of course how welcome the host made us feel, he was very communicative and eager to ensure we had the best stay. I would 100% rent this place again and recommend it to others!
