Summary: Perfect lodging for a snowmobile trip. There is a large enclosed front porch, that is perfect for storing your snowmobile gear, an extremely large table That is perfect for eating or socializing. The house is fully stocked with a lot of little extras that make it perfect for cooking. The snowmobile trail is directly across the street, there is a gas station right up the road for fueling your sled. Restaurants and taverns are just a short drive away and there are repair shops if needed to do repairs on your sled. Trail passes and all brands of two cycle oil are available at the Polaris dealer in town. Just a great spot with everything needed just minutes away. I highly recommend it.

Summary: A group of us rented this to snowmobile in the Newberry area and it is awesome. The trail is perfect right out front. The house is super modern super clean. We had two 23 x 7 enclose snowmobile trailers and there was plenty of parking. The neighbor next-door was also very nice if we wanted to turn around or use his lot for our snowmobiles we will definitely be using this place again.
