Positive: Modern town house opposite the train station. Close to the town centre.

Negative: The house was comfortable and clean apart from the kitchen, which had not been cleaned properly from previous occupants. The fridge under the work surface and the freezer both ha spillages which had been cleaned. The oven had foil with food remnants left on, and there were soiled towels left in the washing machine. We emailed this information within 20 minutes of arrival, and have not had any reply. Key code information was emailed late. We to telephone for the information when we arrived.. The electronic information manual seemed to be non existent. It would have been helpful if they would have let us about the parking restrictions immediately outside the house.

Summary: We had a really good stay, and enjoyed it, apart from the above inconveniences

Positive: Was next to the train station so was very accessible

Negative: Had plumbing issues from day 1 and it took 3 days to get it sorted; thrash was left at the backyard and not sorted properly. Kitchen panels exposed and reported but not fixed throughout the stay. all there reported and no actions taken till i checked out
