Summary: Property was great! House was clean and plenty of room for our party of 6.

Summary: Due to the proximity to the freeway, the noise and vibration can make sleeping and working in the house a bit challenging. However, I appreciated being across the street from an wonderful spa within walking distance of the food coop. While the closets were great, there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Most if not all were also lacking a chair and any surface to place belongings besides a tiny bedside table. Additionally, the bare bulb lights in the bathroom are on a motion sensor, which is not great when you don't want to be blasted with light in the middle of the night and when taking a shower, only to have the lights go out. No motion sensor, a nightlight, dressers, chairs, and better bedside tables would be a great improvement.

Summary: This home was the perfect home to stay in Sacramento. It was obvious the owner had guests in mind because the home was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also VERY CLEAN which was much appreciated. The communication was great as well. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Gorgeous property! Very roomy, beds were comfortable. We were there for IMCA and it’s a perfect location to Ironman Village and transition. Jim was extremely accommodating and replied within minutes.

Summary: The property was really nice and larger than expected. The property manager is very friendly and a great communicator. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Sacramento. Five stars!
