The Farmhouse is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Located in a small gated community just 2 miles north of Fall Creek Falls State Park, this home will accommodate 8 comfortably. Everything in this home is super cozy and has lots of amenities. The master bedroom with an in suite bath is located on the main level along with a powder room. Guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen and dining area are very open and has everything you need to prepare your meals. Rocking chairs and swing adorn the wrap around deck so you may enjoy the amazing views from any angle. From the gas grill to the fire pit your sure to enjoy the outside. A fenced in yard is great for the kids to enjoy playing. Enjoy beautiful open space in our small gated community to walk and enjoy the scenery, wildlife and beautiful horses in the pasture. They are not for riding but they do love to petted and fed. Walk down to the gate at the barn and they will come greet you and they do love carrots and apples! Be sure to fish in our (3) stocked ponds while you are here. They are stocked with bass and blue gill and we do practice catch and release so everyone can enjoy and no fishing license are required. You certainly must get over to beautiful Fall Creek Falls State Park where you can enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, the Olympic size pool and watering holes to cool off in on a hot summer day. They offer many activities on site to enjoy. We are also located near many state parks so be sure to visit them all for the full experience!

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at the Farmhouse. We particularly like the location of this property to the park. We had teenagers with us on this trip and they enjoyed the surrounding property including the firepit and swings. Some reviews mention issues with Wi-fi and internet but we have zero issues during our stay. The community where the house is located is well kept and peaceful.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy trip to Fall Creek Falls. Great property for walking. Kitchen well stocked. TV in downstairs bedroom did not work- we think remote may need batteries. Also, MANY dead flies around the windowsills. Overall, a wonderful time.

Summary: We had a great weekend with our family. The home was perfect and had enough room for all of us. Kitchen stocked with whatever tools or appliances you needed. The kids played ping pong and tic-tac-toe in the garage. Enjoyed the fire pit and the rockers on the front porch. Home needs a little TLC. There is a nail in the middle of the 5th stair from the bottom that’s sticking up. The ac vents in the downstair’s bathrooms need to be cleaned (black mold). Vacuuming needs to be done under the beds as there was a few pieces of trash and lots of dust. All in all - perfect location as we visited FCF and had a wonderful time.

Summary: The house was amazingly beautiful and peaceful. The shower was exhilarating! It was the best 8 days we have had in a very long time. The landscape was beautiful as well. We had the most relaxing time ever! We didn't want to leave. It was well worth the cost. Falls Creek Fall was beautiful! We had so much fun hiking and exploring everything. Can't wait to go back. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have peace and tranquility to go!!

Summary: Cozy and so comfortable. The smell of fresh growing Lavender and a cool rainy day on the front porch far away from all the noise in our lives was the best medicine we could ask for.

Summary: Nice rental as described. Our reserved cabin at Fall Creek Falls was cancelled due to recent flooding in the area. This was exactly what we needed especially on a short notice. Will return in the future.

Summary: Well kept and nicely decorated home. Granddaughters loved the room with two beds. Beautiful property with front porch facing lavender fields. Loved the swings and fire pit area. There is a coffee pot that includes a kurig pod option. We were a little confused about the pool and hot tub. We loved the horses and fishing at the pond. Great place close to Falls creek to unwind and relax.

Summary: The house is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Sitting on the front porch looking at a lavender field has to be close to what Heaven must be like. The house was a perfect place for our family including our adult children. There are activities nearby for the folks who wanted to be active and many places to relax inside and outside at the house.
