Come stay in our beautiful vintage updated spacious, and comfortably furnished 3 bedroom, 1 bath, private city apartment. Unit includes fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, with central air and heat. We created a beautiful and relaxed environment just for you with contemporary, mid-century, vintage and antique furnishings, along with original artwork. We also feature a 55-inch LG smart TV with streaming capability and Dish Network with Showtime, Encore and TMC, Wifi, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and much more.
We are only 1 block from the #151 Addison bus line that takes you straight to Wrigley Field, and 8 blocks from the Addison Brown line stop (Elevated Subway) to take you downtown. There is plenty of dining for almost every taste within walking distance. We are also a short drive from Logan Square, Lincoln Square, Wicker Park/Bucktown, Lakeview and DePaul University. Your host/property owner is on site to answer questions and ensure your stay is a pleasant one.
This 2-flat building was built in 1922 and has been meticulously maintained and updated. It is important to note that there is one flight, or five stairs to climb to the unit, and there is no elevator. Summary: Met up with cousins for a weekend of golf and going to a couple of cubs games. Great place to stay. House was clean and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood and a nice walk to Wrigley Field with plenty of eating options within walking distance.

Summary: The three-bedroom apartment was very clean and well-supplied. The owner lives in the same building and is very accessible. There are only about 5 stairs into the apartment. Parking was easy on the street and we could walk to the grocery store, restaurants and pharmacy on Western Ave. The neighborhood is quiet, but the floors creek in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Summary: This was the perfect spot in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds were comfy, bath towels were fluffy, plenty of dishes and little extras of snacks and water, and we had more than enough room for our stay. Walter and Lillian were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: description of the place is spot on. stayed 4 nights, on street parking easy and close, space VERY clean, well supplied and thought out. Have stayed in many places and this one ranks at / near the top of the list. Will stay here again if coming to Chicago. Bus 3/4 block away, Brown line train to downtown was easy 10 minute walk or quick bus ride. Walking distance to multiple restaurants with various levels. If needed stores with essentials nearby. Well thought out amenities, thank you Walter and Lillian for the pleasant stay.
