Positive: Location's perfect for visting Irlam and Caddishead.

Negative: Mattress in the middle sized room is knackered, and two mattress toppers can't remedying that. Kitchen lino is wrinkled like there has been a big leak in the past, slight damp smell suggests some work may be needed.

Positive: Good house nice location has private parking even big enough to get van in.

Negative: Could do with a washing machine.

Positive: Contact with the host was great. Getting into the property was easy and it was easy to find. Stayed here with 4 friends and the space was great for all of us when we wanted to be together and when we wanted to do our own thing. There's a nice garden, just a shame the weather wasn't nice. Had issues with the boiler but contact with the host was pleasant and we didn't have to wait long for help/a response and a fix of the issue. Great size fridge and freezer. Toilet separate to the bathroom, which is fantastic. Not a central location, but I drive so that wasn't an issue and others took cabs from the station. Things like tea, coffee, sugar, salt were all provided, which was really convenient.

Negative: The house is generally outdated - the kitchen very much so. The cooker/oven was one of those old electric ones from the 60s. Not many pots and pans available for the big cook up I had planned but found ways to work around it. Glad I brought extra plates and bowls as there weren't enough for 4 people plus serving dishes. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Boiler issue and a leaky radiator, but all in all it was a good stay.

Positive: Value for money. Really can't beat it for the price! Very quiet area and was convenient for getting to the Trafford Center and other parts of South Manchester.

Negative: The single bed is definitely best for a small person only. We were 3 men travelling for work so naturally one of us ended up in the small single. Ofcourse, this is not the fault of the owners, it's just something to be aware of if you are travelling as a group of adults.

Positive: The house is beautiful and very spacious my husband has fell in love with the house and the area was perfect for us to attend our sons wedding, it was very clean the beds were comfortable and it had everything you need for a few days stay and having the drive was a bonus Checking in was easy using the pin provided cannot fault it it was perfect . The hosts were available anytime via message or phone but didn't need to contact them as all was excellent 👍 Would definitely book again
