Summary: Let me start by saying we enjoyed the house, and we would stay there again. We’d most likely stay in a cooler month, but we’d stay again. Not having A/C in August made sleeping uncomfortable, even with the windows open. Fans were provided and that helped. I know some houses on the coast don’t have A/C because they don’t need them most of the time. I guess we were there when we could have used A/C. The house is very nice, and we really enjoyed the patio and back yard. In the late evening we used the hot tub and that was nice as well. The house is also very clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out was different from any VRBO we’ve ever rented. Paul the manage lives next store and he will let you in and show you around. He also comes when you leave to do a walk through before you go. Although this process was different Paul the manager was fantastic. He answers texted almost immediately and was very accommodating on our check-in and check-out times. Also know that you will be asked not to walk on the carpet with your shoes. Not a big deal but that was a new one for us. The no A/C, personal check-in/out, and no shoes things are not that bad if you know ahead of time. Not knowing about these things kind of got us off to an uncomfortable start but later it wasn’t really an issue. If you are looking for 3-bedroom house in Camarilla I would suggest this one, just be prepared for No A/C, personal check-in/out, and the no shoes thing and you’ll have a great stay.
